TITLE VI: NOTICE TO BENEFICIARIES

United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Suffolk (UCP-S) operates its programs and services without regard to color, race, or national origin all in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful, discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with UCP-S. For more information on UCP-S’s civil rights program and the procedures to file a complaint, contact Wendy Olsen, Title VI coordinator.
